Electrical Bicycle Use Agreement

• I confirm that I am in appropriate physical condition and have basic knowledge of bicycle handling.
• I agree to return and pick up the rented bicycles at the Wine Bar of Bodega Bideona.
• I agree to wear a helmet, and in the event of an accident, if I am not wearing a helmet, it will be solely my responsibility.
• I agree to take responsibility for any fines resulting from traffic violations, failure to wear a helmet, or similar situations.
• I agree that any damage or mechanical failure occurring to the bicycle that cannot be attributed to a specific party will be my responsibility.
• I acknowledge that the recommended minimum age to use electric bicycles is 14 years, and that minors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who guarantees civil and financial responsibility.
• I agree to pay the applicable fee for the total duration during which the bicycles are in my possession.
• I accept this agreement on behalf of all individuals included in my reservation.

ELECTRIC BICYCLE RENTAL AGREEMENT

• If someone other than the renter will be using the bicycle, the renter must inform the rental company in a timely manner.
• Any fines resulting from traffic violations, failure to wear a helmet, or similar situations will be paid by the renter.
• The user agrees to park the bicycle in appropriate areas that do not pose security risks and are properly monitored.
• The bicycles are covered by an all-risk insurance policy with a deductible of 10% of the purchase value, payable by the user and only in the event of theft. To claim this coverage, the renter must file a police report within a maximum of 24 hours and the case must be classified as theft by the competent Criminal Court. Theft due to negligence or loss is not covered.
• In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation or breach of these terms, the parties agree to submit to the courts of Vitoria.
• The renter must present a credit card, which will serve as a security deposit for any damage caused to the bicycle or rented equipment and will act as collateral for the rental period.
• Delayed return of the bicycle(s) will result in an additional charge for the total duration of the delay.
• The user authorizes the company to charge their credit card for any damage to the bicycles or loss of equipment.
• If the company needs to use this guarantee, the corresponding amount will be charged, deducting any deposit previously made, if applicable.
• Bicycles must always be washed with their batteries attached and never with high-pressure water. After washing, dry the bicycle with a cloth or paper towel. Never apply oil to the chain or any sensitive parts of the bicycle without cleaning and drying them first, as this may cause severe damage.
